The design
A clean, dark-themed interface uses vibrant accent colours for charts and interactive elements, with ample space and clear typography for easy reading. Smooth transitions and mobile-first layouts support managers and staff on the go, on desktops, tablets and phones.
The dashboard
Sales and expenses appear in easy-to-read bar graphs, alongside real-time warnings for low stock and expiring products. A quick staff lineup schedule uses colour-coded timelines for shift monitoring.
Inventory and reservations
Detailed product pages show stock quantities, reorder thresholds and vendor information, organized by food, beverages, disposables and machinery. Reservations are shown in a clear schedule by time slot and customer name, and QR code integration streamlines interactions on mobile.
