The brief
We had the exciting opportunity to design and sponsor the official website for the Okanagan Ghostbusters, a passionate volunteer group of fans, cosplayers and prop builders raising funds for local charities in British Columbia.
The design
The website captures the group's energy and spirit with a bold, cinematic aesthetic. We combined dark, atmospheric visuals with high-contrast elements and neon green call-to-action buttons to create a fun yet user-friendly experience. The homepage opens on a dramatic hero with layered graphics and typography that pays homage to the original Ghostbusters while keeping to a modern web standard.
The structure
We kept the structure clean and intuitive, making it easy for visitors to learn about the group, get involved, attend events, or become sponsors and members. Strong visual hierarchy highlights key information without overwhelming the user, with a touch of nostalgic fun.
